为贯彻1993年全国卫生工作会议和卫生部(1992)第34号文《关于深入卫生改革的几点意见》精神,部署1993年卫生防疫工作,卫生部卫生防疫司于1993年(?)月15～18日在上海市召开了全国卫生防疫改革座谈会。何界生副部长就深化卫生防疫改革的几个主要问题作了重要讲话。会议以改革为主题,探讨交流了深化卫生防疫改革的思路和做法,在一些主要问题上取得了共识。现将何副部长在全国卫生防疫改革座谈会上的讲话和戴志澄司长在全国卫生防疫改革座谈会上的总结讲话予以刊出,请认真学习,领会精神,加快卫生防疫改革步伐,共同促进卫生防疫事业发展。
In order to implement the 1993 national health work conference and the spirit of No. 34 of the Ministry of Public Health (1992) “Several Opinions on In-depth Health Reform”, the work of sanitation and epidemic prevention in 1993 was implemented.
