应用几种热分析技术对布鲁氏菌的脂多糖进行了测定。发现布鲁氏菌的脂多糖具有一定的热谱特征,并据此获得了参试样品的热力学参数。它对于研究布氏菌的物理化学性质、结构特征以及布氏菌的分类鉴定都具重要意义
Brucella lipopolysaccharide was assayed using several thermal analysis techniques. It was found that the lipopolysaccharide of Brucella had some characteristics of thermospectrum and the thermodynamic parameters of the tested samples were obtained. It is of great significance to study the physicochemical properties, structural characteristics and classification of brucellosis
