为深入研究和厚朴的化学成分,采用毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用技术法分析了和厚朴(Magnoliaobovata)的挥发油成分。结果共分出了75个成分,并对其中29个成分进行了鉴定,占挥发油总量的90%。大于1%的成分有9个,以α-桉叶油醇(α-eudesmol,约37%)、β-桉叶油醇(β-eudesmol,约20%)及δ杜松烯(δ-cadinene,约10%)为主。
In order to further study the chemical composition of honokiol, the volatile oil composition of Magnolia obovata was analyzed by capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.
