经济独立、女性主体意识的觉醒和高标准的择偶观使都市职业女性遭受“婚姻挤压”。惟有强化女性主体意识,掌握话语权,同时加强社会化过程中男女平等和谐发展思想的教育和宣传,构建多元、包容、和谐的两性相处环境,才能实现女性的自由全面发展。
Economic independence, the awakening of the female subject consciousness and the high standard of spouse selection make urban professional women suffer from “squeeze of marriage.” Only by strengthening the awareness of the female subject and the right to speak, while strengthening education and publicity on the idea of equality and harmonious development of men and women in the process of socialization, can we realize the free and all-round development of women through building a pluralistic, inclusive and harmonious environment for both sexes.
