2010年6月5日,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅正式印发了《关于进一步推进国有企业贯彻落实“三重一大”决策制度的意见》(以下简称《意见》)。《意见》的发布施行,对于防范决策风险,维护国有资产安全,推进国有企业反腐倡廉建设,促进国有企业改革发展的顺利进行,具有十分重要的意义。
On June 5, 2010, the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council formally issued the Opinions on Further Promoting the Implementation of the “Three Represents and One Bigness” Decision-making System of State-owned Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as “Opinions”). The promulgation and implementation of “Opinions” are of great significance for preventing the risk of decision-making, safeguarding the security of state-owned assets, promoting the construction of state-owned enterprises in combating corruption and upholding integrity, and promoting the reform and development of state-owned enterprises.
