Artificial pancreas, which mimics the physiologic secretory function of the pancreas, is an effective means of maintaining complete glycemic regulation for the treatment of diabetes. This article describes the basic concepts and characteristics of various artificial pancreatic and its research status; discusses the insulin-related artificial pancreatic problems and artificial pancreatic route of administration; reviews the clinical application of insulin pump therapy and its role in the pathogenesis of diabetes Application of physiology research; reviews the development direction of artificial pancreas and future research topics.
