随着社会主义市场经济的逐步确立,富顺县私营企业如雨后春笋,迅速发展。但是,私营企业党建工作现状却令人担忧,全县690户私营企业仅有党员101名,除新联商运公司建立了党支部外,其它均未建立党组织。党的工作在这些私营企业中未能正常运行,几乎是一片空白。县委组织部通过对十五大报告的反复学习、讨论后,决定加强非公有制企业党建工作的调研工作,解决好在非公有制企业中建党和发挥党组织、党员作用
With the gradual establishment of a socialist market economy, private enterprises in Fushun County have mushroomed and developed rapidly. However, the current situation of party building in private enterprises is worrying. There are only 101 party members in 690 private-owned enterprises in the county. No party organizations have been established except for the newly established branch company of the joint company. The failure of the party’s work to run properly in these private enterprises is almost a blank. After repeatedly studying and discussing the report of the 15th CPC National Congress, the Organization Department of the CPC Committee decided to strengthen the investigation and study of the party building in non-public-owned enterprises and to solve the problem of establishing and giving play to the role of party organizations and party members in non-public-owned enterprises
