随着我国综合能力的不断发展,对优秀的、高质量的技能人才需求越来越高。中职生大多数都处于青少年的阶段,是一个身体和心理发展的剧变期,因此,中职生的智商和情商的培养至关重要。中职生不但要掌握好本专业的专业知识和技能,还应该具备一定的综合素质。中职学校在加强中职生智商的同时,也应加强情商的培养。基于此,本文对中职生的智商和情商的培养进行研究和探讨,并对此提出相应解决对策。
With the continuous development of our comprehensive ability, the demand for excellent, high-quality skilled personnel is getting higher and higher. The majority of secondary vocational students are in the adolescent stage, is a period of dramatic physical and psychological development, therefore, secondary vocational students IQ and emotional intelligence training is essential. Secondary vocational students not only have to master the professional expertise and skills, but also should have a certain overall quality. Secondary vocational schools in strengthening secondary vocational school IQ, we should also strengthen the cultivation of emotional intelligence. Based on this, this paper studies and discusses the IQ and EQ training of secondary vocational students, and puts forward corresponding solutions to this problem.
