研究成功两种新焊丝 QH-9及 QH-10,它与国内外通用的二氧化碳气体保护焊用焊丝相比较,最大的特点是:(1)抗气孔性能极为优异,能可靠地防止甚至 X 光透视方法也难以检查出的微气孔。(2)可以在大电流密度下进行焊接,极少飞溅现象,焊缝成形良好,解决了采用细焊丝焊接薄板的问题;试验证明,可以用直径1.2毫米的焊丝焊接15毫米厚板。这是一般通用焊丝所难以达到的。此外新焊丝可以保证焊接接头具有良好的机械性能。新焊丝的研究成功对发展与扩大二氧化碳气体保护焊的应用具有一定的意义。它不仅可用于低碳钢,也可用于低合金高强度钢的焊接;既可以焊接薄板,又可以焊接厚板。
Two new welding wires, QH-9 and QH-10, have been successfully researched. Compared with the common welding wire for carbon dioxide gas shielded welding both at home and abroad, the biggest features are: (1) extremely excellent anti-stoma property and reliable protection against even X-ray Pivot is also difficult to detect micro-pores.
