目的探讨乳腺癌c-erbB-2表达及与预后的相关性。方法应用免疫组化法观察了100例乳腺癌c-erbB-2癌基因的表达状况。结果在浸润性导管癌(52/97例)、浸润性小叶癌(1/3例)表达均阳性。c-erbB-2在乳腺癌中的表达与肿瘤,小无显著关系,而与组织学分级、淋巴结转移有关。对60例乳腺癌进行了随访,c-erbB-2阳性者,其死亡率(70%)显著高于队性者(15%)。结论 c-erbB-2表达和乳腺癌患者预后密切相关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between c-erbB-2 expression and prognosis in breast cancer. Methods The expression of c-erbB-2 oncogene in 100 cases of breast cancer was observed by immunohistochemistry. The results in invasive ductal carcinoma (52/97 cases), invasive lobular carcinoma (1/3 cases) were positive. The expression of c-erbB-2 in breast cancer has no significant relationship with tumor and small, but with histological grade, lymph node metastasis. Sixty cases of breast cancer were followed up. The c-erbB-2 positive patients had a significantly higher mortality rate (70%) than the cohort (15%). Conclusion The expression of c-erbB-2 is closely related to the prognosis of breast cancer patients.
