中科院在前两年试行“创新团队”建设的基础上,今年年初正式出台了“创新团队”的组建和管理办法。目前中科院正在讨论知识创新工程“二期”的团队组建计划。该文总结了2002年高技术局组建创新团队的情况和经验,对高技术局联系管理的高技术有关领域组建“创新团队”谈了一些看法。希望对研究所下一步有关团队建设如何提高要求、标准、加强组建过程和管理工作等提供参考和引起思考与重视,同时分析和介绍了去年组建的两个高水平的团队情况,供下一步工作参考和借鉴。
On the basis of trial implementation of “Innovation Team” in the past two years, the Chinese Academy of Sciences formally introduced the establishment and management of “Innovation Team” earlier this year. At present, CAS is discussing the team building plan of “Knowledge Innovation Project” “Phase II”. This article summarizes the situation and experience of establishing high-tech innovation team in 2002 and gives some opinions on establishing “innovative team” in the high technology related field of high technology administration.
