目的:了解驻马店市乡镇卫生院传染病网络直报状况,加强驻马店市乡镇卫生院传染病网络直报工作管理。材料与方法:采用统一调查表调查和从传染病网络直报系统导出报告结果,利用定性资料统计描述进行分析。结果:专用计算机拥有率88.71%,网络畅通率85.48%;管理科室为防保科的占96.51%,各项制度建设率分别为91.06%、99.44%、86.59%;兼职人员占80.91%,主要学历、专业、职称所占比例分别为中专77.17%、临床医学59.82%、初级以下职称74.43%;2014年报告卡片3 855张,占全市报告总数的13.08%,迟报卡片98张,占全市迟报总数的49.75%。结论:存在较多问题,仍需加强管理。
Objective: To understand the situation of direct reporting of infectious diseases network of township hospitals in Zhumadian City and to strengthen the management of direct reporting of infectious diseases network of township hospitals in Zhumadian City. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The questionnaire was surveyed and the report results were obtained from the Direct Infectious Diseases Network Direct Reporting System. The qualitative data were used for statistical analysis. Results: The special computer ownership rate was 88.71% and the network unblocked rate was 85.48%. The administrative departments were 96.51% for the prevention and treatment of insurance, and the system construction rates were 91.06%, 99.44% and 86.59% respectively. The part-time staffs accounted for 80.91% Professional and professional titles accounted for 77.17%, 59.82% of clinical medicine and 74.43% of junior and senior titles respectively; 3 855 cards were reported in 2014, accounting for 13.08% of the total number of the city’s reports; 98 cards were late reported, 49.75% of the total. Conclusion: There are many problems that still need to be strengthened.
