刘冬生教授一直从事妇幼营养、儿童营养及婴幼儿食品方面的科研工作近七十年,著有《婴幼儿喂养》、《家庭营养问答》、《中国儿童生存、保护和发展书系—愿每个孩子都健康》、《实用妇儿营养学》等书籍,为我国早期妇幼营养研究做出了较大贡献。特别是她退休后仍然关心和支持儿童营养研究,积极参与多个社团组织的学术活动。作为发起人之一,刘冬生教授自1987年起担任中国食品科学技术
