D—氨基半乳糖给35只雄性大白鼠腹腔注射。于48小时内引起不同深度的昏迷。Ⅲ、Ⅳ级昏迷者脑中5—羟色胺(5—HT)。5—羟吲哚乙酸(5—HIAA)。色氨酸、苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸和总氨基酸均显著高于对照组。Ⅱ级昏迷者除脑中5—HT外,其余各项测定亦比对照组
D-galactosamine was injected intraperitoneally into 35 male rats. Causing coma at different depths within 48 hours. Serum levels of serotonin (5-HT) in grade III and IV coma. 5-oxindoleacetic acid (5-HIAA). Tryptophan, phenylalanine, tyrosine and total amino acids were significantly higher than the control group. Ⅱ grade coma in addition to brain 5-HT, the remaining measurements than the control group
