研究用抗人肺癌 ＭｃＡｂ Ｌｃ－１ＩｇＭ片段进行人肺放射免疫显象的灵敏度和特异性，试图使之成为肺癌临床诊断的可靠方法之一。用ＳＰＥＣＴ进行此检查，共检查了５７例由外科手术和病理诊断证实的原发性肺癌、转移性肺癌和良性肺疾病患者、结果：本组显象的灵敏度８９％，特异性８３％。结论：本方法具有简便、安全、特异性高等优点，值得进一步研究和探讨。
To study the sensitivity and specificity of anti-human lung cancer McAb Lc-1IgM fragment for human lung radioimmunoimaging imaging, and to make it one of the reliable methods for clinical diagnosis of lung cancer. Using SPECT for this examination, a total of 57 patients with primary lung cancer, metastatic lung cancer, and benign lung disease confirmed by surgery and pathology were examined. Results: The sensitivity of this group was 89% and the specificity was 83%. Conclusion: This method is simple, safe, and specific. It deserves further study and discussion.
