目的探讨青光眼滤过术对泪膜的影响。方法选择行青光眼滤过术的青光眼患者40例(50只眼),观察分析术前1 d、术后1周、1个月、3个月的主观干燥异物感、角结膜荧光素试验、基础泪液分泌试验(Schirmer test,SIT)、泪膜破裂时间(breaking up time,BUT)情况。结果与术前相比,术后1周、1个月术眼干燥异物感、角膜荧光素染色、SIT程度明显增加、BUT缩短,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月时干燥异物感、角膜荧光素染色、SIT及BUT程度恢复至术前水平,与术前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论青光眼滤过术可在短期内影响患者泪膜功能,导致部分患者发生干眼症。
Objective To investigate the effect of glaucoma filtration on tear film. Methods Forty patients (50 eyes) with glaucoma undergoing glaucoma filtration surgery were selected. Subjective dry foreign body sensation and conjunctival fluorescein test were observed on the first day before operation, one week, one month and three months after operation. Schirmer test (SIT), tear up time (BUT) situation. Results Compared with those before operation, the foreign body sensation of dry eye was observed at 1 week and 1 month after operation, corneal fluorescein staining, the SIT level and BUT were shortened, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); after 3 After 4 months, the foreign body sensation was dry, corneal fluorescein staining, SIT and BUT returned to preoperative levels, with no significant difference compared with those before operation (P> 0.05). Conclusion Glaucoma filtration can affect the tear film function in a short period of time, resulting in dry eye syndrome in some patients.
