目的观察高频电离子仪联合重组干扰素α治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法78例外生殖器和肛周尖锐湿疣患者随机分为三组,A组:高频电离子仪治疗;B组:高频电离子仪治疗+重组干扰素α-2b局部外用;C组:高频电离子仪治疗+重组干扰素α-1b皮损内注射。12周后分别观察治愈率和复发率。结果A组治愈率为46.2%,B组为53.8%,C组为80.8%,A、B两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而A、C两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高频电离子仪治疗后同时结合局部皮损内注射α-1b干扰素,能提高尖锐湿疣的治愈率,降低尖锐湿疣的复发率。
Objective To observe the efficacy of high frequency ionization combined with recombinant interferon α in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods 78 cases of genital and perianal genital warts were randomly divided into three groups, A group: high-frequency ionization treatment; B group: high frequency ionization therapy + recombinant interferon α-2b topical external use; C group: high frequency Iontophoresis + Recombinant Interferon α-1b Lesions Intradermal Injection. After 12 weeks, the cure rate and recurrence rate were observed. Results The cure rate in group A was 46.2%, in group B 53.8% and in group C 80.8%, there was no significant difference between group A and group B (P> 0.05), while the difference between groups A and C was statistically significant Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of high frequency iontophoresis and local intradermal injection of interferon alfa-1b can improve the cure rate of condyloma acuminatum and reduce the recurrence rate of condyloma acuminatum.
