利用MSC.MARC软件对差厚拼焊板辊弯成形过程进行了数值模拟分析,探讨了薄厚两侧等效应力不均匀性的产生原因并给出了其分布规律,对比分析了同种材料薄厚两侧应力的差异。通过对薄厚两侧的回弹角的对比分析表明:当板厚比为0.67时,材料强度比为1.4时可以得到较好的成形结果;当强度比为1时,材料板厚比小于2时可以得到较好的成形结果。
