中国体育人才的培养是探索“体育教育结合”的新模式。长期以来,各级体育机构在中国体育事业中,特别是发展竞技体育运动发挥了重要作用。面对成就和矛盾,我们也清楚地看到:教育和胜利是事物的两个方面。中国竞技体育人才培养方法有缺陷,竞技体育的荣耀牺牲了大多数人的整体发展的代价,系统创造的是“精品少浪费多”的成果。体育学校愿意越来越少的学生,体育入学越来越困难,运动员储备人才严重短缺,未来是令人担忧的。原因是体育学校对高级体育队队员,大量不能进入奥运会,他们退休后就业的生存非常严重。毕业生从体育学校直接到学生社区,教育和文化素质相对较低,很难获得就业,甚至是社会歧视。
The Cultivation of Chinese Sports Talents is to Explore a New Model of “Combination of Sports Education”. For a long time, sport organizations at all levels have played an important role in China’s sports industry, especially the development of competitive sports. In the face of achievements and contradictions, we also clearly see that education and victory are two aspects of things. The method of cultivating competitive talents in China is flawed. The glory of athletic sports sacrifices the overall development cost of most people. The system creates the result of “less wastefulness in quality”. Sports schools are willing to fewer and fewer students, more and more difficult to enroll in sports, athletes reserve a serious shortage of talent, the future is worrying. The reason is that PE schools can not enter the Olympics for a large number of high-level sports teams and their survival after retirement is very serious. Graduates from physical education schools directly to the student community, education and cultural quality is relatively low, it is difficult to obtain employment, and even social discrimination.
