档案向社会开底是大力开发档案信息资源的一种社会性形式,也是更好地为建设社会主义物质文明和精神文明、进一步开展国际间文化学术交流服务的重要措施。由于我国采取了对外开放的政策以及贯彻了开放历史档案的方针,外国学者通过中外文化学术交流协定及其它途径,要求来我馆查阅档案资料的日益增多。近年来,我馆陆续不断地接待了二十多批来自美国、法国、联邦德国、日本、荷兰等国的学者查阅有关专题的档案资料。他们中间大部分是大学的副教授、研究中国问题的专家,有的是在中国大学进修的高级研究生。研究的课题是 Archives open to the community is to develop a file of information resources in a social form, but also to better build a socialist material civilization and spiritual civilization, to further develop international cultural and academic exchange services important measures.
