为了探讨血小板在冠脉内支架安置术后急性再闭塞和慢性再狭窄的作用,采用放免及细胞活性方法,检测血小板膜表面GMP-140的含量及血小板衍化生长因子(PDGF)的含量在冠脉内支架安置术前后的变化。结果:GMP-140及PDGF的含量术后5分钟开始升高,30分钟仍维持在高水平(P<005)。说明冠脉内支架安置术使冠脉循环中血小板显著激活,提示血小板活化在冠脉内支架安置术的合并症中扮演着重要的角色。
In order to investigate the role of platelets in acute reocclusion and chronic restenosis after coronary stent placement, the content of GMP-140 and the content of platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) on platelet membrane were detected by radioimmunoassay and cell viability assay. Internal stent placement before and after the change. Results: The content of GMP-140 and PDGF began to increase at 5 minutes after operation and remained high at 30 minutes (P <005). This shows that intracoronary stent placement significantly activates platelet during coronary circulation, suggesting that platelet activation plays an important role in comorbid coronary stenting.
