近年来,随着国内外对香菇需求量的增长,北方地区袋栽香菇也发展到了一定的规模.由于起步较晚,缺乏经验,加上南北气候差异较大,一些地方照搬福建古田模式,生产中出现了一些问题.但因北方地区气温较低,空气比较干燥.昼夜温差大,易于长出高质量的花菇,管理得当袋栽的花菇比例可达70%以上.河南泌阳、社旗、新野、桐柏等县,近年来以代料生产花菇干制外销为主,解决了代料生产初期鲜菇销售困难和烘干质量较差的难题,创出了北方地区代料香菇的一条新路于,目前已辐射到豫西南较多县市.现将三年来我们栽培的实践总结如下:
