利用扫描电镜、红外光谱、X射线衍射及力学性能指标对自制粘胶纤维素膜与红花粘胶纤维素膜的性能进行表征,分析羟基红花黄色素A的加入对纤维素膜的性能影响。研究表明:由加入羟基红花黄色素A制备的红花粘胶纤维膜相比于粘胶纤维素膜,膜表面相对粗糙,出现了无规则分布、深浅不一的坑穴,膜的致密度下降。同时,红花粘胶纤维素膜的结晶度、晶粒尺寸与断裂强力相比粘胶纤维素膜均有不同程度的下降,而断裂伸长率有一定程度的上升。加入羟基红花黄色素A制备的红花粘胶纤维素膜依然保持纤维素Ⅱ的晶型结构,验证了羟基红花黄色素A与纤维素具有较好的相容性。
The properties of self-made viscose cellulose films and saffron viscose cellulose films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and mechanical properties. The effects of adding hydroxysafflor yellow A on the properties of cellulose films were analyzed . The results showed that the safflower viscose fiber membrane prepared by adding hydroxysafflor yellow A had a relatively rough film surface compared with the viscose cellulose membrane and had irregular distribution and different depths of pits. The density of the membrane decline. At the same time, safflower viscose cellulose film crystallinity, grain size and breaking strength viscose cellulose film decreased to varying degrees, while the elongation at break to some extent. The safflower viscose cellulose membrane prepared by adding hydroxysafflor yellow A still retains the crystal structure of cellulose Ⅱ, which verifies that hydroxy safflor yellow A has good compatibility with cellulose.
