介绍了用微机解析电化学弱极化数据评价材料耐蚀性的方法,用这种方法研究了 碳钢、黄铜和铝在海水中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:微机解析方法能自动判断极化体系, 准确计算腐蚀速度及有关腐蚀动力学参数,实验简单、快速,数据利用率高,结果比 较可靠;显示出应用计算机的优越性。 在本实验条件下用微机解析方法评价出四种材料在海水中的耐蚀顺序为铝>紫铜 >黄铜>碳钢。
The method of using computer to analyze the electrochemical polarization data to evaluate the corrosion resistance of the material was introduced. The corrosion behavior of carbon steel, brass and aluminum in seawater was studied by this method. The results show that the computer analysis method can automatically determine the polarization system, accurately calculate the corrosion rate and corrosion kinetic parameters, the experiment is simple and fast, the data utilization rate is high, the result is more reliable, and the superiority of using computer is shown. Under these experimental conditions, the corrosion resistance of the four materials in seawater was evaluated by computer analysis method as aluminum> copper> brass> carbon steel.
