建筑人因为从业的特殊流动性,婚姻成了一个老大难的问题,当然这主要是针对男职工而言,建筑单位的女生那简直比熊猫还宝贵。所以这里所说的家属特指为男职工的配偶。建筑单位女职工稀少,绝大部分男职工都是通过别人介绍相亲来组建家庭的,有一小部分幸运儿在单位内部找到了自己的另一半,还有更小的一部分把驻地(我们称之为地方上)的姑娘追到了手。
