根据台山核电站取水隧洞采用9.03m泥水复合式盾构开挖工程的实际情况,采用水下爆破的方法将岩体爆碎为30cm以下的碎块,为了满足盾构掘进过程中保压和防止地层塌陷,采用改进的袖阀管注浆工艺将爆破松动地层进行注浆加固。在爆破和注浆成孔过程中,经过研究采用多种钻机交替施工、双重套管配合使用的新颖施工方法。爆破后按爆破孔数的3%进行了取芯验证,碎块的直径最大为25cm左右。通过上述一系列的技术措施,盾构顺利通过软硬不均段地层,为类似工程提供了宝贵的经验。
