针对冶金行业在变频节能改造中的主要问题,结合邯郸钢铁公司的变频改造项目,提出采用一种节能服务公司与能耗企业合作的复合型合同能源管理(EMC)方式,对钢铁企业进行风机变频节能改造。双方共同分析确定影响分享节能效益指标的权重矩阵,并采用基于加权法的节能效益计算模型计算双方各自分享的节能效益,同时分析了项目实施后节能量基准的选取对分享节能效益的影响情况,对双方的项目收益进行预计。应用结果表明,采用这种复合型EMC方式进行变频改造是一种双赢的合作模式。研究结果对基于EMC方式的变频节能改造项目的实施提供了参考依据,对变频改造的广泛推广具有促进意义。
In view of the main problems in the transformation of energy-saving in frequency conversion in the metallurgical industry and combined with the frequency conversion renovation project of Handan Iron and Steel Company, a composite contract energy management (EMC) mode of cooperation between energy-saving service companies and energy-consuming enterprises was proposed, Energy Saving. The two parties jointly analyze and determine the weight matrix that affects the sharing of energy efficiency indicators and calculate the energy-saving benefits shared by both parties by using the energy-saving benefit calculation model based on the weighted method. Meanwhile, the impact of energy-saving benchmark selection on the sharing of energy-saving benefits after the project implementation is analyzed, The project proceeds from both parties are estimated. Application results show that using this composite EMC way to transform frequency is a win-win cooperation model. The research results provide a reference for the implementation of frequency conversion energy-saving retrofit project based on EMC method, which is of great significance to the promotion of frequency conversion retrofit.
