研究显示,有5%~25%的肿瘤患者并非直接死于肿瘤本身,而是死于营养不良,肿瘤住院患者中有50%以上有营养不良的现象存在。营养不良会影响患者的存活率,增加毛术后并发症和化疗的反应和毒性。营养支持的主要目的不是治愈肿瘤,而是治疗营养不良,通过改善患者营养状态来改善器官功能、免疫状态,减少抗肿瘤治疗引起的毒副反应,改善预后。
Studies have shown that 5% to 25% of cancer patients do not die directly from the tumor itself, but die of malnutrition, more than 50% of hospitalized patients with tumor malnutrition exist. Malnutrition can affect patient survival and increase postoperative complications and chemotherapy response and toxicity. The main purpose of nutritional support is not to cure the tumor, but to treat malnutrition.
