目的研究大型综合医院甲型H1N1流感院内感染控制措施。方法根据流行病学调查资料,有针对性地采取重点管理和消毒隔离综合措施。结果通过对病人和医护人员分别隔离保护措施以及严格执行消毒隔离措施,本院2009年度共接诊甲型H1N1流感确诊病例386例(含住院确诊29例),未发生病人间横向传播,亦没有医院内工作人员感染。结论通过实施感染综合管理措施,实现了大量接诊甲型H1N1流感病人的医院内零感染目标。
Objective To study the control measures of nosocomial infection of influenza A (H1N1) in a large general hospital. Methods According to the epidemiological survey data, the key measures of management and disinfection and isolation were comprehensively taken. Results By isolating patients and healthcare workers separately and strictly implementing disinfection and isolation measures, 386 confirmed cases of influenza A (H1N1) were admitted to the hospital in 2009 (including 29 confirmed cases in hospital), no horizontal transmission between patients and no Hospital staff infected. Conclusion Through the implementation of integrated management of infection, a large number of hospital-acquired zero-infection inpatients with A (H1N1) flu have been achieved.
