利用同质恢材料,选择具有广亲和基因的粳稻品种02428与之杂交,采用系谱法进行连续多代选择正常结实单株,成功地将恢复基因和广亲和基因聚合,育成了偏籼型的广亲和同质恢复系T136,经与籼型三系不育系诊汕97A、协青早A等配组,其组合杂种优势强,丰产性好,穗大粒多,结实率高,抗倒性强。汕优136、协优136等组合具有广泛的应用前景。利用同质恢逐步增加恢复系粳性血缘的方法,为三系法籼粳亚种杂种优势利用探索出一条有效途径。
