甘薯为喜温耐旱、耐贫瘠、蔓生性草本植物,抗逆性强,适应性广,稳产性好,产品用途广泛,开发前景好,近年来市场需求剧增。丹江口市地处鄂西北近岭地带,旱地多且较分散,雨量适中,气候适宜于甘薯生长,且产量高、品质好,该作物已成为本地农民创收的新支点。本文通过生产调查,剖析丹江口市甘薯生产现状,旨在探索该地今后甘薯发展的新思路与对策。
Sweet potato is a temperature-tolerant drought, barren, invasive herb, strong resistance, wide adaptability, good stability, good product versatility, good development prospects, market demand surge in recent years. Danjiangkou City is located in the northwest of Hubei Province near the ridge, more dry and more dispersed, moderate rainfall, climate suitable for sweet potato growth, and high yield, good quality, the crop has become a new fulcrum of local farmers income. This article through production survey, analysis of Danjiangkou sweet potato production status, to explore the new sweet potato in the future development of new ideas and Countermeasures.
