柔道、摔跤都是一项徒手较量、对抗性极强的运动,比赛时的时间虽不长,但其强度较大。柔道、摔跤运动时的能源主要是磷酸原系统。运动员的磷酸原储备量尤其是磷酸肌酸的储量以及供能能力往往是比赛时获得优异成绩的物质基础。所以,本研究目的是通过测试参加“六运会”柔道和摔跤运动员的晨尿肌酐总量与浓度,探索不同项目运动能力与尿肌酐的关系,从而为评定我国优秀柔道和摔跤运动员的磷酸肌酸的水平,为科学选材和科学训练提供生化依据。
Judo, wrestling are a freestyle, highly competitive exercise, although the time of the game is not long, but its intensity is greater. Judo, wrestling energy is mainly phosphate system. Athletes’ reserves of phosphates, especially phosphocreatine, and their ability to supply energy are often the material basis for achieving excellent results at competitions. Therefore, this study aims to explore the relationship between the exercise capacity and urinary creatinine in different judo and wrestlers by testing the total and concentration of morning urine creatinine participating in judo and wrestlers in “Six Games” Acid level, scientific selection and scientific training to provide biochemical basis.
