目的 探讨经尿道前列腺气化电切术 (TVP)治疗良性前列腺增生症 (BPH)疗效。方法 采用TVP治疗BPH35例 ,其中Ⅰ度 4例 ,Ⅱ度 2 3例 ,Ⅲ度 8例。结果 全部患者手术均成功 ,手术时间平均 65min ,术中心电图、血压平稳 ,无电切综合征发生 ;术后仅 8例作膀胱冲洗 6～ 36h ,所有患者均于术后 3～ 5d拔除导尿管排尿通畅 ;随访 1～ 1 8个月 ,患者主、客观症状均有显著改善。结论 TVP治疗BPH具有安全性高 ,治疗效果确切 ,并发症少等优点
Objective To investigate the efficacy of transurethral vaporization of the prostate (TVP) in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods TVP treatment of 35 cases of BPH, of which Ⅰ degree in 4 cases, Ⅱ 23 cases, Ⅲ 8 cases. Results All the patients were operated successfully. The average time of operation was 65 minutes. The electrocardiogram and blood pressure were stable and there was no cutting-off syndrome. Only 8 cases were treated by bladder irrigation 6 ~ 36 hours after operation. All the patients were removed catheter 3 ~ 5 days after operation. Urinary tube patency; follow-up 1 ~ 18 months, patients with both objective and objective symptoms have significantly improved. Conclusion TVP treatment of BPH with high safety, the exact effect, fewer complications and so on
