学了干部参加集体生产劳动的有关文件及昔阳县于部参加生产劳动的范例以后,脑子里考虑着一个问题,即:要领导好生产,必须参加生产。这就是说,只有在生产中洒下自己的汗水,才能摸透它的脾气和生产规律,才能珍惜工人的劳动成果,密切干部和群众的关系,当好一个企业的“管家人”。今年六月以来,我除了在党委规定的时间内参加劳动外,平日也经常抽时间下车间和工人一起劳动。通过这一段时间的实践,使我对参加生产劳动的伟大革命意义有了进一步的认识。 After learning the relevant documents of cadres participating in collective productive labor and the example of Xiyang County participating in productive labor, one question in their minds is that they must take part in production if they are to lead their production well.
