对1873K下钢液中Ti-Al-O系复合夹杂物的形成进行了理论和实验研究.理论计算和实验结果表明,钢液中Ti-Al-O系的Al-O基本趋于平衡,钢液中自由氧由Al含量控制.Ti-Al-O系复合夹杂物的形成主要由aTi/aAl值确定.根据热力学数据计算得出了Ti-Al-O系复合夹杂物(Al2O3-Ti3O5-Ti2O3)的稳定区域;随着aTi/aAl的增加,夹杂物逐步由Al2O3转变为Ti3O5夹杂物.当钢液中自由氧含量较高时容易生成Ti3O5夹杂物.计算结果和观察到的实验结果一致.
The formation of Ti-Al-O composite inclusions in molten steel at 1873 K has been theoretically and experimentally studied.The theoretical calculations and experimental results show that the Ti-Al-O Al-O in the molten steel tends to balance basically, The free oxygen in the liquid is controlled by the Al content.The formation of Ti-Al-O composite inclusions is mainly determined by the value of aTi / aAl.According to the thermodynamic data, Ti-Al-O composite inclusions (Al2O3-Ti3O5-Ti2O3 ) With the increase of aTi / aAl, the inclusions gradually transformed from Al2O3 into Ti3O5 inclusions, Ti3O5 inclusions were easily formed when the content of free oxygen in the molten steel was high.The calculated results were consistent with the experimental results.
