首次以糖精钠、丙氨酸和硫酸铜为原料合成得到糖精铜蓝色块状晶体,采用红外光谱、X-射线单晶衍射对配合物的晶体结构进行了表征。证明该晶体属单斜晶系,空间群为P21/c,晶胞参数为:a=8.4012(19),b=16.3605(18),c=7.3479(16),α=90°,β=100.84(2)°,V=991.49(15)3,Z=2,Dc=1.794g.cm-3,F(000)=550,R=0.0309。结构分析表明,中心Cu2+与4个O原子和2个N原子配位,处于四角双锥八面体配位环境中,4个水分子在赤道平面上与Cu2+配位,晶胞中还包含有2个游离的结晶水,形成了含6个水分子的结晶物。
The saccharin blue block crystals were synthesized from saccharin sodium, alanine and copper sulfate for the first time. The crystal structure of the complexes was characterized by IR and X-ray single crystal diffraction. It is proved that this crystal belongs to the monoclinic system with a space group of P21 / c with unit cell parameters of a = 8.4012 (19) , b = 16.3605 (18) , c = 7.3479 16, β = 100.84 (2) °, V = 991.49 (15) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.794g.cm-3, F (000) = 550, R = 0.0309. Structural analysis shows that the central Cu2 + coordinates with 4 O atoms and 2 N atoms in the tetragonal bipyramid octahedron coordination environment. Four water molecules coordinate with Cu2 + in the equatorial plane and contain 2 A free crystal water, forming a crystal containing 6 water molecules.
