故障现象一辆2003款广汽本田奥德赛车,型号为HG7232,搭载F23Z4发动机,行驶里程约为22.4万km。该车因空调压缩机异响而进厂检修。据驾驶人反映,该车近2年内因空调制冷效果不好和空调压缩机异响,已陆续更换了4台空调压缩机,并且每次更换后制冷效果还不错,但等到天气炎热时,制冷效果就不好了,勉强使用一段时间后空调压缩机就逐渐产生异响直至损坏。故障诊断分析可知,空调压缩机接连损坏主要有以下几种可能。(1)空调压缩机质量不好,容易损坏。
