故障现象一辆2002款波罗1.4L轿车,出现转向沉重,同时助力转向报警灯常亮的现象。故障诊断连接故障检测仪,读得的故障代码为01290,其含义为助力转向参考电压对搭铁短路。该车采用TRW公司生产的电动液压助力转向系统(EPHS),其结构如图1所示,其控制电路如图2所示。当驾驶人转动转向盘时,助力转向控制单元(J500)根据检测到的转向角速度、车速、发动机转速等信号,判断车辆的行驶及转向状态,以计算出应提供的转向助力大小,然后驱动液压油泵
