目的:分析研究二甲双胍联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果。方法:60例患者按照治疗方法不同划分为两组,甲组30例患者采用达英-35治疗,乙组30例患者采用达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗,给予患者3个周期治疗后观察各项指标变化情况。结果:乙组患者治疗前后胰岛素水平以及血糖水平差异显著有统计学意义,且乙组患者排卵率、妊娠率与甲组相比差异显著,P<0.05有统计学意义。结论:二甲双胍联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征,有较好疗效。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of metformin combined with da-Ying-35 in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods: Sixty patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. Thirty patients in group A were treated with da-Ying-35. Thirty patients in group B were treated with da-Ying-35 combined with metformin. The patients were treated with three cycles of treatment Indicator changes. Results: There was significant difference in insulin level and blood glucose level between the two groups before and after treatment. The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in group B were significantly different from those in group A (P <0.05). Conclusion: Metformin combined with da-Ying-35 treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome, has a good effect.
