评语是班主任在教学中育人手段之一,是联系师生感情的纽带和桥梁。一则好的评语可以改变一个人。评语也是面镜子,不但反映着学生的真实面貌,更能反映出教师的认识水平、管理能力和文化底蕴,是教师展示自己的重要窗口。因此,给学生评语万万不可草率,要真正做到恰如其分地评价学生,对学生成长和家长知情负责。结合教育新理念的实践,我认为给学生写好评语必须做到：一、实事求是,客观公正。写评语只有实事求是,不夸大,不缩小,不带偏见,才能使学生心悦诚服,使其他人信服。为此,班主任动笔之前,要对学生的全面情况进行深入地考察了解,尽可能多的掌握材料,并且要认真思考,理清优、缺点,对优、缺点的表现程度要有详细的了解。
The comment is one of the means by which the head teacher educates people in teaching, and it is a link and bridge that connects teachers and students. A good comment can change a person. The reviews are also mirrors, reflecting not only the students’ true appearance, but also the teachers’ level of understanding, management skills, and cultural details. They are important windows for teachers to show themselves. Therefore, the students must not be hasty in their reviews. They must be able to truly evaluate the students and be responsible for the growth of the students and their knowledge of the parents. Combining the practice of new educational concepts, I think that writing good reviews for students must be done: First, seeking truth from facts, being objective and fair. Writing reviews is only a matter of facts, not exaggeration, no reduction, no prejudice, in order to make the students convinced and convince others. To this end, before the head teacher moves on, he must conduct a thorough investigation and understanding of the overall situation of the students, master as much material as possible, and must think carefully, and scrutinize the advantages and disadvantages, and have a detailed understanding of the level of excellence and shortcomings.
