用无喉发音器材对3例无喉病人行发音重建进行临床试验。利用本身肺动力自然呼吸运动,通过无喉发音器及特点,使肺内气流自前鼻孔入鼻腔、鼻咽部自口内发出,利用唇齿舌等配合声学原理。以发音的距离、时间长短,可懂度和流利度等方面对其语言进行评价。结果显示,新声源利用无喉发音器及唇齿舌和正常呼吸功能气流调节。其基频率、强度、气流量及最长发音时间比正常人低。语言的可懂度、流利度和正常喉语音一样。佩带无喉发音器可进行语言交流。从而提高无喉病人生存质量。认为无喉发音器制作简单,安全可靠,效果好,对人体无损害,美观大方、取带方便,成本低,一般病人易接受,是值得推广的一种方法
Three patients with laryngeal disease underwent vocal reconstruction using a laryngoscope. The pronunciation of the distance, the length of time, intelligibility and fluency aspects of their language evaluation. The results showed that the new sound source using non-laryngeal sounds and lip tone tongue and normal respiratory function airflow regulation. Its base frequency, intensity, airflow and longest pronunciation time lower than normal. Speech intelligibility, fluency and normal throat sounds the same. Wear laryngeal speakers for language exchange. Thereby improving the quality of life of patients without throat. It is worth to popularize that laryngoscope is simple, safe and reliable, good effect, no harm to the human body, elegant appearance, easy to take belt, low cost, easy to accept by general patients
