食品冷藏在中国是一项新兴事业,根据不同的业务和贮存商品,冷藏库分属农牧渔业部轻工业部、对外经贸部和商业部经营。本文仅就供应国内市场用的肉、禽、蛋、果、菜等食品商业冷藏库的建设和发展,作一简单介绍。一、冷库概况我国是一个发展中的社会主义国家。旧中国留下来的全部冷库总量不足三万吨,更谈不上有自己的冷藏专业力量。1949年中华人民共和国成立后,随着国民经济的发展和人民生活的提高,全国各部门冷库建设有了近百倍增长。其中尤以商业冷库进展较快,例如党的三中全会以来,从1979年到1981年,平均每年新增冷库容量20多万吨,创造了我国历史上各部门冷库增长速度的最高记录。据1981年末统计,商业冷库全国总容量已达168万吨,
Cold storage in China is an emerging undertaking. According to different businesses and storage of commodities, the cold storage warehouse belongs to the Ministry of Light Industry, Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and Ministry of Commerce. This article only for the domestic market with meat, poultry, eggs, fruit, vegetables and other food commercial cold storage construction and development, make a brief introduction. I. Overview of Cold Storage China is a developing socialist country. The total amount of cold storage left by the old China is less than 30,000 tons, much less its own refrigerated professional power. After the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949, with the development of the national economy and the improvement of people’s living standards, the construction of cold storage in all branches of the country has increased by nearly a hundredfold. Especially commercial refrigerators have made rapid progress. For example, since the Third Plenary Session of the Party, from 1979 to 1981, an average of more than 200,000 tons of cold storage capacity was newly added every year, creating the highest record of the growth rate of cold storage in various departments in our history.
