设计并成功合成了2种新颖的以类蝎型吡唑衍生物为配体的超分子配合物[Co2(HL1)2-(seb)(H2O)].2.5H2O(1)和[Cu(H2L2)(ox)].H2ox.MeOH(2)(H2L1=2,6-二(5-苯基-1H-吡唑-3-基)吡啶,H2seb=癸二酸,H2L2=2,6-二(5-甲基-1H-吡唑-3-基)吡啶,H2ox=草酸),并通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱﹑X射线粉末衍射(PXRD)和X射线单晶结构分析对标题配合物进行了表征.结构分析表明,在配合物1和2中,配体H2L1和H2L2的配位模式不同,其中H2L1以μ2-η1-η1-η1-η1模式与金属相连,而H2L2以μ1-η1-η1-η1的模式与金属相连;癸二酸和草酸的配位模式也不同,其中癸二酸作为单齿配体,草酸作为二齿配体;配合物1通过C-H...O,O-H...O,N-H...O氢键,形成二维网络层状结构,而配合物2通过C-H...O,O-H...O,N-H...O氢键,形成一维链状结构.此外还对标题配合物的热稳定性进行了详细的分析.
Two novel supramolecular complexes [Co2 (HL1) 2- (seb) (H2O)] with the class of scorpion-type pyrazole derivatives were designed and successfully synthesized. 2.5H2O (1) and [Cu H2 ox.MeOH (H2L1 = 2,6-bis (5-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl) pyridine, H2seb = sebacic acid, H2L2 = (5-methyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl) pyridine, H2ox = oxalic acid) and analyzed by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet spectrum, X-ray powder diffraction (PXRD) and X-ray single crystal structure analysis The structures of H2L1 and H2L2 ligands were different in complexes 1 and 2, of which H2L1 was connected to the metal in the mode of μ2-η1-η1-η1-η1 and that of H2L2 in μ1- η1-η1-η1 mode and the metal is connected; sebacic acid and oxalic acid coordination mode is also different, which sebacic acid as a monodentate ligand, oxalic acid as a bidentate ligand; complex 1 by CH ... O, OH ... O, NH ... O hydrogen bonds to form a two-dimensional network layered structure, and complex 2 by CH ... O, OH ... O, NH ... O hydrogen bonds to form a one-dimensional Chain structure.In addition, the thermal stability of the title complex was also analyzed in detail.
