本文在国内首次建立了载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)的放射免疫测定法,并比较非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)病人、冠心病病人与年龄、体重相当的对照组脂蛋白及ApoA1 水平.与对照组比较,NIDDM组及冠心病组TG显著升高,HDL-C、HDL-C与LDL-C的比值及ApoA1水平显著降低,糖尿病与冠心病组之间的脂蛋白及ApoA1水平无显著差别,提示糖尿病患者脂蛋白及ApoA1的异常与其有较高的冠心病患病率有关。
In this paper, we first established the radioimmunoassay of ApoA1 in China and compared the levels of lipoprotein and ApoA1 in non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) patients with coronary heart disease and age and body weight of the control group. The levels of TG, HDL-C, HDL-C and LDL-C and the level of ApoA1 in NIDDM group and CHD group were significantly lower than those in coronary heart disease group. There was no significant difference in the levels of ApoA1 and lipoprotein between diabetes and coronary heart disease group, These results suggest that the abnormalities of lipoprotein and ApoA1 in diabetic patients are related to the higher prevalence of coronary heart disease.
