案例背景今年全国两会期间,大学生就业难问题再次成为代表委员们关注的话题。据相关统计显示,2010年全国大学生人数达到630余万,大学生就业形势异常严峻。目前,各地已紧锣密鼓地举办各种人才招聘会,但很多单位都要求必须大学生有工作经验,这种“经验歧视”造成大量毕业生找不到满意工作,大量企业也找不到合适员工。

According to relevant statistics, in 2010 the number of college students nationwide reached more than 630 million, the employment situation of college students is extremely serious. At present, all kinds of job fairs have been held all over the country, but many employers are required to have college students’ working experience. This kind of “experience discrimination” causes a large number of graduates to find unsatisfactory jobs and a large number of enterprises can not find suitable staffs .
