目的了解吕梁市饮用水卫生监督检测能力现状,为进一步提升饮用水卫生监督检测水平提供依据。方法 2011年对吕梁市饮用水卫生监督检测能力进行调查。结果 14个监督机构中设饮用水卫生监督科的有5个,共有卫生监督员605人,从事饮水监督的37人;8个市(县、区)能开展水质快速检测,检测项目最多的23项,最少的10项,供水单位年监督覆盖率分别为市政供水100.00%、自备供水86.11%、二次供水89.85%、乡镇(农村)集中供水56.36%;常规项目平均能检测:市级28项,项目开展率为66.67%;县(区)级23项,项目开展率为54.76%。市政集中供水水厂均开展水质自检,均未取得检验资质,自检项目最多61项,最少10项;自建供水、二次供水、农村集中供水水厂均无自检设备,不开展水质自检。结论吕梁市饮用水卫生监督检测队伍不足,检测手段严重滞后,今后应加强饮用水卫生监督检测队伍建设,建立和完善水质检测仪器设备,提升饮用水卫生监管服务质量和水平。
Objective To understand the status quo of drinking water sanitation supervision and testing capability in Lvliang City and provide basis for further improving the level of drinking water sanitation supervision and testing. Methods In 2011, Luliang City, drinking water health supervision and inspection capabilities were investigated. Results Among the 14 supervising agencies, there were 5 drinking water sanitation supervision departments with 605 health supervisors and 37 people engaged in drinking water supervision. Conclusion Luliang City, drinking water health supervision and detection team is insufficient, means of detection seriously lagging behind, should strengthen the construction of drinking water health supervision and inspection team to establish and improve water quality testing equipment and improve the quality and level of drinking water health supervision services.
