目的研究NET-1蛋白、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在脑星形细胞瘤中的表达及其与肿瘤血管的临床病理特征的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学技术检测脑星形细胞瘤活检标本中NET-1和VEGF的表达,单因素分析与肿瘤中微血管密度(MVD)的相关性,Spearman分析指标之间的相关性。结果 NET-1和VEGF在人脑星形细胞瘤表达的阳性率分别为63.33%(38/60)、58.33%(35/60),两者在肿瘤病变低级别组与高级别组间的表达差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);MVD均数在NET-1和VEGF不同表达强度的组间差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 NET-1和VEGF在人脑星形细胞瘤的高级别肿瘤中的表达显著高于低级别肿瘤,并与肿瘤中的MVD成显著相关性,因此对脑星形细胞瘤的分级具有潜在的诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the expression of NET-1 protein and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in brain astrocytoma and its relationship with clinicopathological features of tumor vessels. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of NET-1 and VEGF in astrocytoma biopsies. The correlation between single-factor analysis and microvessel density (MVD) in tumor and Spearman analysis was analyzed. Results The positive rates of NET-1 and VEGF in human astrocytoma were 63.33% (38/60) and 58.33% (35/60), respectively. The positive rates of NET-1 and VEGF were between low-grade and high-grade tumors (All P <0.05). There was significant difference in the expression of MVD between NET-1 and VEGF (all P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of NET-1 and VEGF in high-grade tumors of human astrocytomas is significantly higher than that of low-grade tumors and is significantly correlated with the MVD in tumors. Therefore, it has potential to classify astrocytomas Diagnostic value.
