目的研究参麦注射液(Shenmai,SM)对盲肠结扎穿孔(cecal ligation and puncture,CLP)脓毒症大鼠模型早期促炎性细胞因子IL-6、IL-8水平的影响。方法96只SD大鼠随机分为A组(假手术组,n=32)、B组(生理盐水组,n=32)和C组(参麦注射液组,n=32),分别于CLP造模后1/2、12、24和36h向A组、B组大鼠皮下注射生理盐水(5mL/kg),C组大鼠皮下注射参麦注射液(5mL/kg),并于术后12、24、36和48h测量3组SD大鼠血清中IL-6、IL-8的水平。结果CLP造模后B、C两组血清IL-6、IL-8水平均明显升高,C组在各时点的IL-6、IL-8水平均显著低于B组(P<0.01)。结论参麦注射液可显著降低脓毒症大鼠早期促炎性细胞因子IL-6、IL-8的水平,对早期脓毒症大鼠具有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of shenmai injection (SM) on the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-6 and IL-8 in cecal ligation and puncture (CLP) sepsis rats. Methods Ninety-six SD rats were randomly divided into group A (sham group, n=32), group B (saline group, n=32) and group C (shenmai injection group, n=32), respectively, in CLP. At the 1st, 12th, 24th, and 36th hour after modeling, normal saline (5 mL/kg) was injected subcutaneously into group A and group B rats, and group C rats were subcutaneously injected with Shenmai injection (5 mL/kg) and postoperatively. Serum levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in three groups of SD rats were measured at 12, 24, 36 and 48 h. Results The serum levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in B and C groups increased significantly after CLP was established. The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in group C were significantly lower than those in group B at each time point (P<0.01). . Conclusion Shenmai injection can significantly reduce the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-6 and IL-8 in the early stage of sepsis rats, and it has a protective effect on rats with early sepsis.
