在辽东湾地区,当海冰与海上结构物表面冻结在一起时,随海水涨落会对结构物产生冻结附着力。本文介绍了辽东湾海冰与不同建筑材料进行冻结附着强度试验的方法、原理和结果。试验使用了钢材、木材和混凝土三种建筑材料并在-5~-25℃之间五个温度下进行不同剪切位移速率的试验。试验结果获取了冻结附着强度与剪切位移速率、剪应力速率的关系以及冰块接触面积、材料表面粗糙度、吸水性等对各冰温下最大冻结附着强度的效应。
In the Liaodong Bay area, when the sea ice is frozen with the surface of the sea structure, it will freeze and adhere to the structure as the sea water fluctuates. This paper introduces the methods, principles and results of freeze-adhesion test of sea ice and different building materials in Liaodong Bay. The test used three kinds of building materials of steel, wood and concrete and conducted tests of different shear displacement rates at five temperatures between -5 and -25 ° C. The experimental results obtained the relationship between the freezing adhesion strength, the shear displacement rate and the shear stress rate as well as the effect of ice contact area, material surface roughness and water absorption on the maximum freeze-attachment strength at each ice-cold temperature.
