现介绍两种治疗遗精的体育运动。 一、静力半蹲——站桩:这是一种促进血液循环和加强内脏功能的很好的运动。做法如下: 挺胸塌腰,先将两膝左右前后转动,使膝关节活动开后,屈膝作四分之一蹲(弯曲角度约为120—130度)。在下蹲姿势中,头部宜挺直,两臂前平举(意识中好象两手握有重物一样,并尽力往前伸)。头部也好象压有沙袋,往上挺,眼向前望,然后两膝在保持姿势不变的情况下,尽力往内夹,至整个大腿上部、下腹部及臂部极力紧张后,数30—40次,然后起立,稍事走动放松重做。每天可做2—3组。随着腿力的增加,可将用力时间逐渐延长至每组60—80次。注意,在整个动作进行中,
